My QR isn't playing audio when scanned +
First, confirm the campaign is live in your dashboard and has a saved voice message. Most playback hiccups are a phone on silent mode or a weak connection — the audio page needs a second to load. Still stuck? Re-scan, or open the player link directly from your dashboard to confirm the audio is there.
How do I update my voice message? +
Log in to your dashboard, open the campaign, edit the text or switch the voice, and save. The same printed QR keeps working — nothing to reprint.
How do I change my plan or cancel? +
Plan changes and cancellations are handled from your member dashboard. Cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No contracts.
I was charged but didn't get access +
Check the inbox for the email you paid with — including spam — for your receipt and login link. If it's not there within a few minutes, message us with the email you used and we'll restore access right away.
Do my customers need an app? +
No. They scan with the camera already on their phone and the voice plays in the browser. Nothing to download or install, on any smartphone.
How fast do you reply? +
